⚠️ Cloud Chaser is a free casual tap-reflex game for entertainment only. It is not a gambling product, does not involve real money, real prizes, or wagering of any kind. All scores and in-game items have zero monetary value. No connection to any casino or gambling platform.
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and play the Game for your own non-commercial entertainment. This does not include any right to resell, modify, decompile, or commercially exploit the Game or its assets.
All visual elements, sounds, characters, gameplay mechanics, and code in Cloud Chaser are protected by applicable copyright and intellectual property laws. No item collected in the Game has any real-world monetary value.
Tap sky treasures as they drift by to score points. You begin with a set number of lives; a storm bolt costs one. The chase ends when your lives run out.
You agree not to use cheats, exploits, bots, or unauthorized software to manipulate scores. You will not attempt to interfere with the Game's normal operation or harm other users or third parties.
Cloud Chaser is a casual skill and reflex game. It does not involve real money, real prizes, loot boxes, or any form of gambling. Scores and collected items are purely for entertainment and have no cash value.
The Game is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the Game will always be available, error-free, or compatible with every device or browser.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the creators of Cloud Chaser shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Game — including loss of progress or data.
We may update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date reflects the most recent revision. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
These Terms shall be interpreted in accordance with general principles of applicable consumer-protection and copyright law. Disputes shall first be addressed through good-faith communication.
